When first signing up as a seller/vendor to moomee, you may notice that your account isn’t enabled for selling. You will receive an email in your inbox which we aim to get out to new sellers within 24 hours of registration (sometimes the email ends up in spam, so make sure to look out for it!). This is for safety reasons and details a few things about how moomee runs to make it easier for you to understand how the site works, whilst also clearing up some FAQ’s that have been asked a lot recently.
It’s super important, and in your best interest, that you read the whole email and you are comfortable in joining moomee, as we wouldn’t want anyone to join not knowing specific details that are necessary for used-item selling, we wouldn’t want anyone to feel unhappy in the long run.
After responding to the email, we aim to get your account enabled as soon as possible, although we’re sorry if it takes a little longer than anticipated:)
